Talking to me? I was comparing the HD street figther vs the SD street fighter on the wii because they were similar. Yes that is one example of many good wii games out, he was making out the mario galaxy was the only one which is untrue.

Excuse me but i play both new and old. Resi 4 is one of my favourite games of all time. But super mario world still trumps it.

2D games are awesome to anybody that likes games. 2D games are still awesome today and i will still be playing them tomorrow. And im not female...shock horror

i just want to play games. put it in and away you go. Quite Simple really.
Alot of people outside sites like this are put off with online and installing and updating and god knows what else. I get annoyed every time i go to the playstation store and have to update every time just to buy a quick game.
Maybe that's what they missed this gen. Simple fun.
I wouldnt count pack in games like wii play. I hate to imagine how titles like super mario bros 3 would sell today with how people percieve games more openly in this day and age.
Because mario 3 and super mario world 1 & 2 (yoshis island) were the peak in platformers. The new ones are still very good.
